Joseph,

Gottfried's presentation was given during the 802.3 closing plenary;
therefore, I am under the assumption that it will be posted with the
802.3 minutes.  I will check with Wael Diab (802.3 recording secretary)
and Gottfried Ungerboeck to make sure that the presentation is recorded.
