Dear Colleagues,
The 1st Sponsor recirculation ballot on the amendment IEEE P802.3bw
100BASE-T1 closed successfully on 12th July 2015. The ballot exceeded the
required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The July 2015 IEEE P802.3bw
Task Force plenary week meeting this week will consider the 53 comments
submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The
availability of the comment database has already been be announced on the
IEEE P802.3bw Task Force reflector.
The ballot statistics are:
125 Voters
93 Approve
5 Disapprove with comment
1 Disapprove without comment
7 Abstain
106 Ballots returned
84.8% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
6.6% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
94.9% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
