| Colleagues, With the completion of P802.3cz Working Group ballot, it is my expectation that the initial SA ballot will be open on the 13 September date of our contingent teleconference during the September 802.3 interim meeting series. I’m not aware of any reason to keep our contingent meeting on the calendar. Our procedure for presenters establishes 1 September as the deadline for submitting presentation requests for that 13 September meeting. I’ll extend a little latitude on enforcing this date, but if there is no request for presentation time for the 13 September teleconference by Friday 2 September, I’ll cancel the contingent interim. I’ll separately inform you of TF teleconferences for D3.0 comment resolution. Comments on TF meetings between now and the November Bangkok hybrid plenary meeting are welcome. Robert M. (Bob) Grow
