[EFM] Virus warning for those on the EFM mailing lists
All,
Please be aware that viruses are being e-mailed to many people worldwide
using addresses that appear to have be have been harvested from the EFM
mailing list. The messages are being sent to members of the list
(individually, not through the reflector) with forged "from" addresses
also taken from the list.
The messages appear to be sent from IP address 209.172.124.147 -
registered to a service provider in Fremont, California.
As always, please be very cautious when opening e-mails with attachments
- even if they appear to come from a familiar e-mail address.
