[802.3_DIALOG] Comments on PAR submitted by other IEEE 802 subgroups

Dear Colleagues,
 
As you are aware, the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet Working Group needs to submit comments on PAR submitted by other IEEE 802 subgroups for consideration at the November 2023 IEEE 802 plenary by 18:30 HST (UTC -10) on Tuesday 14 November 2023. The list of PARs submitted by other IEEE 802 subgroups can be found under the agenda item 'Other IEEE 802 PARs under consideration this session (comments due 18:30 Tuesday)' on the IEEE 802.3 opening plenary agenda <https://ieee802.org/3/minutes/nov23/1123_agenda_open.pdf>. Bob Grow was kind enough to submit some comments to the dialogue reflector just over a week ago <https://www.ieee802.org/3/email_dialog/msg01486.html>. Unless I receive an objection by the end of the IEEE 802.3 opening plenary meeting, I will go ahead and submit these comments as the IEEE 802.3 comments. If there is an objection, I will arrange a time to hold an IEEE 802.3 PAR review Ad Hoc meeting.
