[802.3_DIALOG] May 2024 IEEE 802.3 teleconference interim meeting reminder - REGISTRATION FEE REQUIRED

This is a reminder that the May 2024 IEEE 802.3 Working Group interim meeting will be held at 19:00 EDT (UTC -4) on Thursday 16 May 2024 at the Westin Annapolis, Annapolis, MD, USA with provision for teleconference attendance provided on a best-effort basis. The draft agenda, as well as liaison letters received so far, are available in the minutes area <https://ieee802.org/3/minutes/may24/index.html> and will be updated as required before the meeting. Registration is REQUIRED BY ANYONE THAT ATTENDS ANY MEETING during the IEEE 802.3 May 2024 interim meeting series including this IEEE 802.3 Working Group interim meeting. As I announced during the March 2024 IEEE 802.3 Plenary session, in the future IMAT will be configured to use four 'meeting slots' per day for both interims and plenaries <https://ieee802.org/3/minutes/mar24/0324_802_3_opening_plenary.pdf#page=41>. This will remove the need for the IEEE 802.3 Recording Secretary to post-process IMAT records after meetings, will result in the IMAT attendance credit percentages being correct, and will align IEEE 802.3 with all other IEEE 802 Working Groups. This however will require individuals to sign in to IMAT four times a day, and to attend a minimum of three days during a four-day interim for attendance credit, matching the requirement for a minimum of three days of attendance at plenaries.
