[802.3_EPOC] EPoC Study Group presentations

Dear Members of the IEEE 802.3 EPoC PHY Study Group,

We will be meeting for two days during the July IEEE 802.3
plenary session in San Diego, CA July 17th and 18th.

Anyone who would like to deliver a presentation at the
meeting is advised to read the "Procedure for Presenters",
which can be found here:

http://www.ieee802.org/3/epoc/public/presentproc.html

You will need to send me a request for presentation time
no later than Monday July 9th, and a PDF file of the
presentation no later than Wednesday, July 11th.

Since we have already completed the primary task of
a study group, which is to produce a PAR, a set of
5 Criteria responses, and a set of project objectives,
I do not expect there to be a large number of presentations.

We must also allocate time in San Diego to respond to
any questions or comments about our PAR and 5 Criteria
responses. Any questions or comments will be submitted
to us by 5 pm on Tuesday, July 17th, and we must respond
by 5 pm on Wednesday, July 18th.

If you have not already registered for the meeting, please
visit this page:

http://www.ieee802.org/meeting/index.html

I look forward to seeing you in San Diego.

Howard Frazier
Chair, IEEE 802.3 EPoC PHY Study Group
