[STDS-802-3-EPOC] reminder on Call for Focus items for this upcoming meeting

Dear IEEE P802.3bn EPoC PHY Task Force participants,

Seeing the recent emails on "resource block" and subsequent discussions suggests that I remind everyone that "framing" and "subcarrier group / Resource Block" items are on the Call For Focus items for this upcoming meeting.

I'd like to encourage that presentations are brought forward that permit the Task Force to evaluate and make progress towards a technical consensus decision that would enable the start of the baselines in all of our Call for Focus areas.  This would give us the foundation for focusing our work and subsequent discussions.
