[8023-FETF] Approval to move to WG ballot

All,

For those that were unable to attend the closing session of the IEEE 802.3 WG meeting, the WG voted unanimously to initiate a working group ballot for IEEE P802.3as. Congratulations to the Task Force for reaching this milestone in the project.

I anticipate D2.0 being available later this week. I encourage all to allocate some time during the WG ballot to review and comment as appropriate.
