[8023-FETF] September meeting materials uploaded

Previously, the results of the D2.0 Working Ballot were announced. One set of comments were inadvertently missed. The revised comment tally is as follows:
 
TR = 46
T = 61
ER = 47
E = 81
 
Total comments = 235
Number of commenters = 24
 
I appreciate all who participated in the D2.0 WG ballot. Glenn and I will be working on proposed responses over the weekend.
