Colleagues: Due to issues with previous votes, we will be instituting
role call ballots for all votes save those which pass without opposition. At
this time, I will not be requiring voting restrictions. I expect to read through
the list I have recently posted to record votes and then call for any other
person to announce themselves and vote. If you are not on the list you are not excluded from
voting. I expect this to be a slow process, I am asking for attendee names
