Dear SEC,
In order to prevent misinterpretation, I want to
clarify the action item made in my email earlier today (Monday
March 24 which contains the notes on the discussion Geoff, Jerry, Mark and I had
Thursday March 20 with respect to Jerry obtaining accepting the interim
vice-chair position. Jerry clarified what he meant in our discusion
in a later email to me as follows. "One point of clarification: It is not that I [Jerry] need to get
confirmation that I can accept the position, it is that I want to think about
the proposal and check with a wide set of members. " (I added the [Jerry] in the preceding sentence
to make it clear)
