Dear Colleagues, As part of our negotiated contract with IDEAL Technologies for On-Site Network Services, we have agreed to provide a joint press release describing the nature of the contract we awarded. After a great deal of wordsmithing, we have finally arrived at an agreeable draft, which avoids commercial endorsements in favor of the more newsworthy facts of the matter. A copy of this document is attached for your review. I will be asking for SEC approval of this press release at our Monday SEC meeting and would appreciate your support in helping us to resolve this obligation in an expeditious manner.
