Re: [802SEC] Proposed rules change - 7.5 Balloting groups

Tony,

I wish to call your attention the proposed ballot titled 'LMSC
Organization' that ML and I crafted last night. It happens that the
paragraph you are editing, we have completely eliminated. The rationale
for this is that the Model Sponsor P&P is deleting this subcluase
completely. We are preserving the subclause because we are making other
additions.

I do not oppose your P&P ballot. However, it would be convenient for me
if you can show the paragraph as being completely deleted, and then
added (modified as you like) as new text. In the end, we will all know
what we mean, but I think the editing instructions will be clearer this
way given we are both trying to modify the same section.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks,

Mat

Bob -

That is a good point; I prefer the first version, and have used that to
change my proposed text (see attached).

Tony
