Folks,
Attached please find an updated SOW for P&P support. The work being conducted currently does not really match the scope of the originally defined SOW, so amendment is required. The important thing to keep in mind is that the cost for the support is going DOWN! There are a couple of reasons for this that I will explain in the meeting. The key was to adjust the defined scope in the SOW so that it matches the work being conducted. There is also an ‘option’ SA wants us to consider. It is NOT included in the final current SOW. However I will take a staw poll as to whether we want to conduct this work. If we do, SA will provide a separate SOW for that work in July for us to consider.
