[802SEC] Declaration of Affiliation for EC members and their WG/TAG leadership

Dear EC members,

There is a relatively new IEEE-SA SB Bylaw (5.2.1.1) that states:

"Each individual participant in IEEE Standards activities shall disclose his or her affiliations when requested. A person who knows, or reasonably should know, that a participant's disclosure is materially incomplete or incorrect should report that fact to the Secretary of the IEEE-SA Standards Board and the appropriate Sponsor(s)."

I request that each EC member and the members that occupy WG/TAG leadership positions provide a written declaration of affilition to the EC Recording secretary and myself.  This should be completed by the start of the closing EC meeting on Friday.
