[802SEC] Lletters from the IEEE BoD Audit Committee
Dear EC Members,
Attached are two letters prepared for the EC by the IEEE BoD Audit Committee
regarding the findings of the investigation resulting from the MAR06
anonymous letter and best practices recommendations.
The Audit Committee is requesting a reponse from the EC to the financial
best practices recommendations. At the moment, my thought is to respond
with a note indicating that the EC will address each item in the
recommendation in detail during a face-to-face EC meeting at the upcoming
March plenary session.
