[802SEC] P802.3ap conditional approval to RevCom report
Colleagues:
In accordance with Clause 20 I offer the following report on the status
of P802.3ap. All conditions have been met to allow the project to
remain on the RevCom agenda for March consideration.
The 15 day 3rd Sponsor recirculation ballot closed yesterday 13 February
2007.
The ballot tally is:
103 of 124 ballots returned = 83.1% return rate
86 approve votes = 91.5% approval rate
8 disapprove votes
9 abstain votes = 8.7%
No comments were received in the last recirculation, and no new negative
votes (valid or invalid) were cast. No changes have been made to the
last balloted draft submitted to RevCom.
