I sent this out earlier but missed replying to the dumb confirmation
email from the list server so it didn't get sent to the list. Everyone
has voted, but since this isn't an urgent matter, the results won't be

Whereas, all IEEE 802.12 and ISO/IEC 8802-12 standards have been
withdrawn, it is moved that the hibernating IEEE 802.12 Working Group be
disbanded.
