The motion indicates that one party to the relationship would be "the
802.20 Sub Working Group under the Broadband Wireles Access Sub-
Committee (BWA), of the Association of Radio Industries and Business
(ARIB) of Japan." But it doesn't name the other party. I presume that
you mean the 802.20 WG.
So, I would suggest something along the lines of: "To approve the
establishment of a liaison between the 802.20 Working Group and the
802.20 Sub Working Group under the Broadband Wireles Access Sub-
Committee (BWA), of the Association of Radio Industries and
Businesses (ARIB) of Japan."
