[802SEC] Agendas for EC meetings in Dallas and schedule

I have attached updated Monday and Friday agendas.  Monday is basically
full, if you want something added, now would be the time to try,
otherwise we won't have time for it.

Documents posted to public sites (e.g., mentor) can be sent by URL. The
schedule for documents is as follows:

Opening reports - 11 am Monday, 10 November 2008.  Any reports received
after that date will not be posted on the web site and will be listed as
not submitted.

Presentations for opening EC meeting - due prior to presentation (either
by email or usb key).  If I don't have one we will have to slow down as
I take notes on each slide.  The only exception is the EC Chair's
slides, which are due by the end of the Monday meeting (as they are
edited on the fly).

Presentations for closing EC meeting - due prior to presentation (either

Closing reports - 6 pm, Friday 14, November 2008.    Any reports
received after that date will not be posted on the web site and will be
listed as not submitted.

In exchange, the opening and closing minutes will be posted within 7
days and the website for that meeting complete by 7 days after the meeting.
