[802SEC] 802.15 Motions/Actions for todays EC meeting

Attached are the two motions 802.15 will be bringing forward today.
One is for a Corrigendum PAR to correct some glaring errors/omissions in 15.4, the other is request to start a sponsor ballot to reaffirm 15.1-2005. Since both of these are administrative in nature, and since agenda time is tight, I propose these be placed on the consent agenda. If someone wants to discuss them one or both could be pulled off. 

Up to you on how you want to handle.
