[802SEC] Financial reports are coming due

WG and TAG Chairs:

It's that time of year for the Treasurer to bug you about L50S requirements.  Each group is required to file an L50S either reporting financial operations for 2011 or indicate that they have not collected nor do they hold funds for operation.  A group that has a service provider hold funds for the group is considered to operate with Treasury.


1.       Those groups with Treasury will need to file an L50S by March 31, and may also be required to submit finances to be audited.

2.       Similarly, those groups with joint Treasury will need to file for all WG/TAGS taking advantage of that Treasury.

3.       For those groups that have no treasury and indicate so with a note to me, I will file a single L50S indicating that your WG/TAG has no financial transactions to report to IEEE finance.
