I have been asked to provide a link to the document. The current version is
11-19-0233-06 but it is likely to be updated as the week progresses. The motion does not actually approve the document, but rather empowers the JTC1 SC Chair/Vice Chair to use the document as the basis of a LS to ISO/IEC JTC1/SC6. In the past the LS is
a subset of the referenced document, with some language polished to make it more acceptable to the SC6 audience.
