Re: [802SEC] Presentation on Rules

If we are in the process of making changes to the OM, I would suggest that these minimal changes be included.
That is my point.
No interpretation required.

Jon,

I neglected to email an interpretation with the text you suggested below in red after the rules call, my apologies.  I do agree it is a good clarification.

However, I intend to wait until after today's discussion before potentially issuing additional interpretation(s).

James,
I thought Paul and I  had proposed a change to the last paragraph in 5.0:
Current text:
All active IEEE 802 Working Groups shall meet face-to-face during each IEEE 802 Plenary session. All Working Group meetings shall only be face-to-face, electronic meetings are not allowed. Additionally, IEEE 802 Technical Advisory Groups are allowed to have electronic meetings to make decisions between meetings, but such meetings do not count for participation credit.

Changing the last sentence to:

"Additionally, IEEE 802 LMSC, IEEE 802 Working Group, IEEE 802 Technical Advisory Group, or IEEE 802 LMSC Study Group are allowed to have electronic meetings to make decisions between plenary sessions, but such meetings do not count for participation credit.

Regards,
Jon
