[802SEC] 01 November 2022 802 EC telecon -- canceled

Dear EC members,

Since there doesn't appear to be any urgent business to conduct at the previously scheduled 802 EC telecon on 01 November 2022, I am canceling it.  JonR, please remove it from the calendar.  Thank you.
