Hi John,

For the opening plenary, I have the following external motion for the EC to consider:
Approve document for submission to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)

I will upload the supporting documentation (ec-23/0170) tentatively after the next IEEE 802.18 call on 9 November 2023.

Please kindly allocate about 5 minutes for this tentative agenda item.
