EPD and LPD as described in the draft appear to be inconsistent with the usage of those terms in other standards within the IEEE 802 "family", such as 802.11 and 802.1AC.

Revise definitions of EPD and LPD to maintain peace within the family.

Roger Marks has proposed a resolution to his comment in:  https://mentor.ieee.org/802.1/documents?is_dcn=17&is_group=Mntg&is_year=2023

The rev 0 document was discussed during the 20 June P802REVc teleconference and was updated to rev 1 based on discussion during the teleconference.

Please review https://mentor.ieee.org/802.1/dcn/23/1-23-0017-01-Mntg-proposed-resolution-of-cid-109-in-wg-ballot-of-p802-revc-d1-0.docx and comment on this ARC reflector thread as you wish.
