Dear CAC,

I need to have all the agendas and snapshots in time for the CAC meeting on 7^th April,

so Friday is the deadline, and hopefully I can understand what to do with the data

by the end of my working day.

Reminder: you can provide your agenda as a reference to a powerpoint

agenda document, or as an excel spreadsheet tab.   If you provide a reference,

the initial version of the document must be on the server by Friday 4^th.

Note that I have a preference for the external powerpoint agenda, so if you

don’t care which format you use, please use this one.

I may slightly reorganize the ordering of the plenary after discussing with Jon

and Dorothy. I’m minded to have the subgroup chairs come to the mike and

talk to their snapshot slide.   Let me know if you think this is a bad idea.

I realize you need the room slot assignments to do this.

I don’t have these, I think Jon may be finalizing them with F2F.

Jon – can you circulate what you’ve got now?   We can tweak the plan at the CAC

if necessary.
