Hello Dorothy, All, I have updated the document formatting rules page and also the templates themselves. I’ve discarded the very old formats (.xls, .ppt, etc.). Also, only the 16x9 ppt is present. That simplifies things a lot. The instructions are updated to match newer version of Microsoft office.
