I’ve uploaded a revised version doc. 11-21/1455r1 here: https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/21/11-21-1455-01-00bb-proposed-text-for-mac-supporting-lc-ht-and-lc-vht-phy-modes.docx . Relevant sub-clauses which are required on the MAC sub-layer by LC HT PHY mode and LC VHT PHY mode are referred in the paragraphs.
