[STDS-802-11-TGBD] Another update of TGbd TC plan

Hello, all, 


One more TGbd TC is added on Oct 16 to faciliate a motion on Coexistence Assurance Document (CAD) to accompy with 802.11bd D1.0 WG LB. 


So our TC plan is updated as below:


Oct 13th, 10:00am - 11:59am, ET (new plan);

Oct 16th, 10:00am - 11:59am, ET (new plan);

Oct 20th, 10:00am - 11:59am, ET (existing plan);

Nov 3rd, 10:00am - 11:59am, ET (existing plan)
