[STDS-802-11-TGBI] Rewording requirements 13 and 14

Hi all,

Thanks for the discussion on the call earlier today. How about something like the following as a single requirement to replace requirements 13&14?

"11bi shall define or reuse a mechanism for CPE Clients and CPE APs to protect the SA/DA fields from exposure to 3rd parties if a MAC address used in the DS is included in these fields."
