This incorporates the harmonisation direction proposed on the reflector that allows for implementations to choose whether they want to provide the one-bit IDC feedback proposed in 25/0742r2, the detailed IDC feedback proposed in 25/1009r1 or both.

 

I am inviting members to review and provide comments (especially if they previously voted NO) in this email thread or privately if they wish.

I would like to bring back the CR after more discussions with members.
