[STDS-802-11-TGBN] Action Required: In Person TGbn Ad-hoc Participants (Bangkok, 6-8 Nov)

Hello all,

Based on the most recent data there are more than 170 members that have paid the registration fee for the TGbn Ad-hoc (via the IEEE website), while around 75 members have sent a in-person registration (to TGbn chair) that specifies whether they will be attending the MAC ad-hoc or the PHY ad-hoc. In order for us to estimate room sizes and allocations please make sure that you have sent an in-person registration e-mail specifying whether you will be attending the MAC ad-hoc or the PHY ad-hoc. Quoting from the earlier e-mails on this subject:


In addition, in-person attendance of this meeting requires our usual ad-hoc registration. To register please send me an e-mail (asterjadhi at gmail.com) with the following subject: “TGbn Ad Hoc November Attendance Request”, and include in the e-mail body the details for each in-person attendee (name, mobile number, e-mail address), and which ad-hoc you wish to attend (MAC or PHY). The deadline for sending the registration e-mail is October 31st, 2025.
