[STDS-802-11-TGBN] Preparing for TGbn November Ad-hoc/F2F meetings

Hello all,

In order to organize for the upcoming TGbn Ad-hoc and F2F I put together the following items/deadlines. We will go over them during this Thursday's Joint TGbn conf call as well, so if you have any questions/clarifications by then please let me know.

·         Preparing for Nov Ad-hoc/F2F meetings, which start in one week (on Nov 6th, 2025)

·         TGbn Ad-hoc: 12 MAC/PHY ad-hoc slots.

·         TGbn F2F: 7 MAC/PHY ad-hoc slots, and 3 Joint slots.

·         Requests to all assignees:

§  Obtain DCNs for all CR documents (CRDs) that are planned ASAP

·         TGbn Ad-hoc: Send CRD queue requests by Nov 4th, 17:00 (ICT)

·          TGbn F2F: Send CRD queue requests by Nov 8th, 17:00 (ICT)

§  Share CRD with TTT/reflector for early feedback as soon as doc is available

·         Convergence is highly encouraged in as many aspects as possible before presenting.

§  Upload CRDs at least 24 hours before the allocated time slot

·         Note: Green Tagging of CIDs may be performed by TGbn chair/ad-hoc chairs for CRDs (generally those with a large number of CIDs) that have been uploaded at least 48 hours before the allocated time slot.
