Hi Kiseon,

I have added some editorial changes (highlighted in yellow) to the last two paragraphs of the document. Just trying to make the text more clear. Please take a look.

Also, I wonder whether we should make the action a “shall” instead of “should” if the first STA knows for sure that the second STA is not available on the NPCA primary channel.
