The TGbn Mentor page currently shows more than 150 submissions for which a DCN has been assigned, some dating back to 2023, but for which no document has been uploaded (the
Uploaded (ET) column still shows
PENDING). The list can be found
here (
note that you have to have logged in, using your IEEE802.11 credentials, to be able to see the list of submissions that are pending).
I believe many of these submissions are no longer being pursued and can be removed. However, before doing so, I would like to give contributors an opportunity to identify any submissions that are still in progress and are expected to be uploaded.
If you have any TGbn submissions that are currently marked as
PENDING and that you still intend to upload, please send me an email listing those submissions explicitly.

August 15, 2026.
Any TGbn submission that remains in PENDING status after this date, and for which I have not received a request to retain, will be deleted.
