Thanks for your question about the NF yesterday…
Apparently, I had a typo in (4) that raised the question.
The revised _expression_ for the ED sensitivity in DL:

Where:
Noise Floor(dBm) = KTB(dBm) +NF(dB)
is the minimum SNR required for demodulation
- NF of an ED is not constant like in linear LNAs but rather a non-linear function of the received power
A revised version was uploaded

A draft agenda for TGbp TC on Feb 10 is uploaded as in following link, including SP and submission requests I collected from the reflector.
The SP deck doc is also updated to capture new SP requests and SP text update requests.
We will continue pending SPs and submissions, with about one hour for each section. New PDT SP requests will be allocated to TC on Mar 4 or future f2f meetings.
