Hi You-Wei, 

I have a couple of clarification questions.  i apologize if I'm misunderstanding something.

• (p.3) The start time for the Sync (t_AMP-Sync) will be t_U-SIG + T_U-SIG for "non-backscattering and bistatic backscattering" and will be t_WUP-Excitation + T_WUP-Excitation for monostatic backscattering (there's a typo there).
• (p.3) The start time for the SIG (t_AMP-SIG) will be t_AMP-Sync + T_AMP-Sync if it exists, and "undefined" otherwise (i.e. for monostatic backscattering).  (I don't think t_AMP-SIG will ever be equal to t_AMP-Sync.)  
• (p.4) There is no start time t_χ_BST-Excitation, I think that's supposed to be t_BST-Excitation?
