The agenda of the TC is included in 11-26/0694r3, with the pending SPs included in 11-26/1692r25.
Please note that some submission requests are confirmed but not reflected in 11-26/0694r3. Those requests will be included in the updated agenda doc (11-26/0694r4) after the agenda for TC on Apr 7 is approved during the TC.
