Thank you Yinan for the question.
AFAIK, This annex should be similar to Annex I in 802.11-2024, which provides an example. It is not specifying anything new nor defines any normative behavior.

Subject: 回复: Additional annex into the draft
Hi Amichai,
Isn’t encoding process including scrambling, BCC, etc., already specified in 40.3.4? What additional information will be provided in
this annex?
Best regards,
Yinan

主题: Additional annex into the draft
Hello Yinan,
Is it possible to add into the next draft an annex
Example of encoding a frame for active TX AMP PHY?
I am also volunteering to be the PoC of this section.
Since this PHY mode contains all bit level functions (scrambling, BCC, Manchester, CRC) ―> it is useful and sufficient for all other modes as well.
Best Regards
Amichai
