Hi Bo,

I noticed Motion #249 (slide 251) in 11-24/1322r7 has a copy and paste error. The first bullet should not be there ("IEEE 802.11bp defines an operation... for all data rates"), it seems to have been copied from another SP. Since its an amendment to an existing motion, Yinan please note there is no tracked changes on the first bullet, so please ignore the change when updating the SFD.

Bo, please also help to capture the correct text.
