Based on Ian's original SP request to the refelctor on Jun 29, I confirm Ian's comment on Motion #249 in 11-24/1322r17.
The first bullet of the Motion #249 in 11-24/1322r17 is an editorial error (incorrectly copy text from another SP) which was introduced by the SP deck document 11-25/1629r36.
The incorrectly copied bullet (first bullet) has been removed in 11-25/1629r37 and 11-24/1322r18.
If there's any other issue with the SP dec document and motion dec document, please let me know.

Hi Bo,
I noticed Motion #249 (slide 251) in 11-24/1322r7 has a copy and paste error. The first bullet should not be there ("IEEE 802.11bp defines an operation... for all data rates"), it seems to have been copied from another
SP. Since its an amendment to an existing motion, Yinan please note there is no tracked changes on the first bullet, so please ignore the change when updating the SFD.
Bo, please also help to capture the correct text.
