[STDS-802-11-TGBT] AKM value in table 12-13 (Integrity and key wrap algorithms)

Dear all,

Some members figure out the value in AKM field in Table12-13 (Integrity and key wrap algorithms)  and the value in OUI+suite type field in Table 9-190 (AKM suite selectors) shall be aligned with each other. As the assignment of two new AKMs in Table 9-190 is not finished(still ANA in 11bt draft0.2), the corresponding value in Table 12-13 should be ANA at this memont, rather than 27 and 28 respectively.  I will address them in 11bt draft1.0.
