Thanks for the comment. 

Take it easy, in my personal opinion, for any CIDs , any member can prepare the contribution to address them, and our group can SP or motion  the different resolutions on the same CIDs if exist. e.g. You can also bring a contribution for CIDs 15 and 16 without reassignment.

  So I can understand “assigned back to the commenter ” for 15, and 16 but for 47 or 51, 52, 54, why are you not assigning back to the commenter ? If you have a standard then you should abide by it regardless of who the commenter is.

 

  In other words, I can understand why you do not want to assign 15 and 16 to me (although I have submissions to address them already) but if that reasoning is legitimate then that reasoning compels assignment of  47, 51, 52, and 54 to me. If you insist on applying different criteria for one set of CIDs (yours) to another set of CIDs (mine) then I think the TG should discuss removing this assignment privilege from you.

 

  Please do the right thing here and reassign these CIDs to me. If Bo Cao or Po-Kai Huang have any particular input on the matter I’d be happy to discuss it with them. But these are my comments and I am the person who needs to be satisfied by their resolution so it makes sense that I am the person resolving the comments.

CID15,16 are assigned back to the commenter as the commenter indicates to bring a contribution on this, please offline work with commenter . 

CID 47 is assigned to Bo Cao , who was sent the volunteer request to Stephen and me ahead of you via the mail. please work with Bo Cao .

 

CID51,52,54 are assigned to Po-kai as he contributed this part in current draft. Please discuss with Po-kai to check whether he's OK to reassign these CIDs to you. 

 

For other CIDs (14,42,43,44,45,48,50), we assign them to you based on your request.
