Please note that, because this ballot failed, it represents a ballot series of length 1.
Changes in membership due to non valid responses are applied at the end of the ballot series.
Also, changes in membership that occur close to the start of a meeting are applied just after
the meeting, and before any attendance is updated for that meeting.

18 voting members will lose their voting status as a result of this ballot.  I will email them
individually when I apply the update after the coming meeting.
