[STDS-802-11] AMP TIG report draft - call for comment

Hello, all, 

During the AMP TIG meeting in Sep interim session, the draft technical report (11-22/1562r1) was presented and discussed. Based on the discussion, the draft technical report was updated as in 11-22/1562r2.

To efficiently improve the quality of the report, I'd like to call for comments on the draft technical report 11-22/1562r2. If you have any comments on the draft technical report, please feedback them in emails to the 802.11 reflector or in contributions submitted to mentor server, and the latter way is preferred. In your comments, please indicate at least the location of the addressed issues (pg/ln), comments and proposed changes. 

The call for comments will keep till Nov plenary session. But your early feedback is appreciated because it will be very helpful to efficiently organize the AMP TIG TC on Oct 25.
