[STDS-802-11] 2026 IEEE 802_Wednesday Social Ticket Distribution Plan

Hello all,

Please take note that for the Wednesday evening Networking Social, the plan is to distribute the Time Out Market cards at the Registration Desk (Level 4 Foyer) on Wednesday, beginning at 7:30 AM. We will continue handing them out throughout the day until 5:00 PM.  Each person with a Social Ticket needs to pick one up.  Please do so at the desk.

If an attendee misses the opportunity to pick up their card during registration, we will bring the remaining cards with us to Time Out Market. We'll track distribution using our Social ticket list so we know who has received a card and who still needs one.

Attendees bringing a guest may also pick up their guest's social badge and ticket starting Wednesday morning, just like everyone else.

Lisa will email all registered attendees with social tickets this afternoon reminding them to pick up their tickets on Wednesday, followed by another reminder on Tuesday evening. 

The social is currently sold out but if tickets become available we will send an email.
