Dear 802.18 members,

For your information - Costa Rica's SUTEL has published two regulations pertaining to Wi-Fi Standard Power operation in 6 GHz band. In addition to opening up the entire 6 GHz band (5925-7125 MHz) for Standard Power operation, RCS-137-2026 states the requirements and certification process for AFC Database operators, and RCS-138-2026 addresses operational requirements for Standard Power devices.
